Temba Peter Mliswa is enjoying an illustrious and influential career that has seen him gleaning invaluable skills and knowledge. He was the former Member of Parliament for Hurungwe West Constituency, Chairperson for the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee for Education, Sports, Arts and Culture, the ZANU PF Provincial Chairperson for Mashonaland West and member of the ZANU PF Central Committee.

He is the holder of a BA (Honours) Degree in Sports and Fitness Studies from the Luton University, UK and his involvement in sports spans a period of over thirty five years. From humble beginnings on the school pitch to more administrative roles from 1985 which include positions such as Director of Coaching for the Zimbabwe Rugby Union, Zimbabwe Warriors and Caps United Fitness Coach and Chairman of Dynamos Football Club, locally. In Zambia he was the Director of Coaching and National Coach of the rugby and football unions as well as further rugby coaching stints enjoyed at the prestigious Eton College and Bicester Rugby Club in England.

On the professional front, he is an accomplished businessman having established a local indigenous tobacco company, Saltlakes Holdings P/L which has over 10 000 farmers registered under it, he himself being a prominent, successful Karoi farmer.

Temba is an avid advocate for indigenous, economic empowerment and was the Vice President of the AAG before leaving to found the Zimbabwe Economic Empowerment Council where he is the Immediate Past President. His unique brand of shrewd business acumen has seen him excel in his chosen fields.

It was his past experiences, when faced with the violence and intimidation perpetrated during the Hurungwe West by-election of June 2015 coupled by a long burning ambition to mentor youth that saw him founding the Youth Advocacy for Reform & Democracy (YARD) in October 2015 where he is the current Commander-in-Chief.

Temba envisages that through YARD's objectives, youths will be educated in the importance of and groomed towards youth participation and representation in local and national elective office as opposed to being mere pawns of violence during election periods. He is currently working on rolling out the YARD 7-Point Plan (7PP) which centres around voting and voter education.

Temba is a philanthropist and has established several scholarship funds that assist underprivileged children and youths with tuition fees and bursaries. He also sits on several corporate and advisory Boards.

Delight Benge

BCom (Hons) Finance, NUST, Zim. Youth Empowerment Protagonist,  Disability Issues Activist Investment. Analyst, Entrepreneur, Bulawayo East Member of Parliament Aspirant.

 Delight is a results oriented individual who is willing to go the extra mile to solve problems in the business world and in the political arena. He possesses exceptionally good interpersonal skills in addition to a well grounded background in finance and accounting. Delight exerts pressure in youth leadership development, peace building initiatives and conflict resolution at the grassroots level of the Zimbabwean citizenry. He is a proponent of a third force in the contest for elective public office in Zimbabwe and keenly follows electoral processes in order to gain valuable inferences.

 Delight is also a strategist specialising in grassroots mobilisation, campaigning and observation of electoral processes. He strongly believes in the "one man one vote" mantra.

National Commander for Finance

Howard was born on the 24th of October 1990 in Uzumba Maramba Pfungwe. He studied for a degree in Accountancy with Chinhoyi University of Technology (CUT). He is also a former CUT SRC secretary for sports and entertainment (2011-12),  Secretary General (2012-13), SRC President (2014-2015). Howard is also a former Zimbabwe Congress of Students Union (ZICOSU) National Vice President and ZICOSU national interim president. He is the incumbent Commander General for YARDSC, students' wing for YARD, Mash West Provincial Commander and Yard National acting Finance Commander.

Marufu is a legal Practitioner who practices human Rights Law and a partner at Kadzere,Hungwe and Mandevere legal Practitioners. He is a holder of LLBS degree from the university of Zimbabwe. He is also a Hubert Humphrey and studied at the American University Washington College of Law where he specialized in Law and Human Rights. Marufu did his Professional affiliation with the RF Kennedy centre for Human Rights in Washington DC. He has been nominated for various Human Rights Awards and won the Zimbabwe human Rights lawyer of the year for 2015. Marufu has a passion and dedication to work for Human Rights.

Francis Mufambi

Francis Mufambi is a Law and Political Science Degree from University of South Africa and University of Zimbabwe. He held national positions in the Movement for Democratic Change and Zimbabwe People First. He is currently working for TNK Attorney in Western Cape, South Africa
